NBO Merchant QR Payment is a contactless payment solution through a QR Code scanned from a customer’s mobile payment application. This mode of payment allows merchants to accept payments from customers through simply scanning a dynamically generated QR Code using their mobile. Eligibility• New and existing NBO merchant can apply for NBO Merchant QR Payment• For approved application the merchant can download the NBO QR Payment application for freeGetting started• Setup instructions will be sent to you by email upon registering and being approved as an NBO merchant to help you configure the app on your smartphone• Login using the provided credentials to start securely accepting paymentsDisclaimer• QR generation will be dynamic assigned to a particular store / billing counter• QR code is displayed in digital format and acts as a digital signature for the merchant’s information that includes ID, name, outlet location & transaction amount• QR codes will be automatically generated and provided by NBO through the app to the merchants. These QR codes will be presented to the customer who opts to pay through the QR Scan & Pay payment mode• Customer opts for payment through the QR Scan & Pay payment mode and announces the same to the store manager/ person presenting the bill/ person taking the Order• The dynamic QR code offered by the Merchant (which will be electronic) which the customer scans using his mobile payment application supporting QR Scan & Pay Payment Mode on his mobile phone. For avoidance of any doubt, QR codes shall be provided by NBO through merchant’s smartphone on NBO QR Payment app.• Customer confirms the payment and Merchant receives receipt notification on app • Once the confirmation is received by the Merchant, the amount collected will be transferred to the merchant’s bank account in accordance with their agreement with NBOFeatures• View transaction history • Generate end of day settlement • Generate day wise report
